Client agrees to utilize a caterer from Morgan Manufacturing’s approved catering list.

All productions at Morgan Manufacturing require security personnel. Two security guards are included in the venue rental fee for events of 400 guests or less. For each additional 100 guests, one security guard will be added for an additional fee.

To secure your event date, we require a signed contract and a deposit of 50% of room rental plus 50% of the preliminary beverage package. Final timeline, bar selection, guest count and payment are due 10 business days before the event.

All rates are subject to 11.25% sales tax, 11.75% liquor tax, 3% administration fee, and 20% service charge. All taxes and fees are subject to change based on government regulations.

If a cancellation is submitted in writing more than six (6) months prior to the event date, MORGAN MANUFACTURING, LLC will refund the client’s deposit less a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations submitted less than six months from the event date will be subject to the contracted cancellation fee schedule.

We require a Certificate of Insurance from you (the client) and all vendors. Certificates are due no later than 30 days prior to the event.
