  • Yes, we typically recommend holding your ceremony on the South side of the Skylight space. For this, you will need to rent a drape line from your décor or floral vendor.

  • We do not have required vendors for entertainment, floral or decor. Our only requisite is that they are insured. If you need suggestions, our management team is happy to assist you.

  • No, we only have our reclaimed wood rectangle tables. You may rent round tables via your caterer.

  • Yes, several hotels in the West Loop have opened.

  • Yes, we do have an in-house dedicated AV team that can build a custom proposal for your event.

  • Yes, as long as they are in an enclosed vessel (votive, lantern, etc.)

  • No, not inside the venue or in the parking lot, they are not allowed in the city limits of Chicago.

  • A dedicated Venue Manager will work with you and your vendors leading up to the day of your event. This is not the same as a wedding or event planner. If you would like someone next to you throughout the process and the day-of, we recommend you secure a coordinator. We also recommend a walk-through 2-4 weeks out from your event date with your vendors and planner to finalize event logistics.

  • Yes, we have full climate control – heating and air conditioning.

  • No, we only host one event per day.

  • A Venue Manager will be onsite during setup and can direct vendors for load in. During the event you will have an onsite manager as well as pre-determined staff – security, porter and bar staff.

  • 401 N Morgan Chicago, Il 60642, unless you are having guests enter through the Hubbard street tunnel (975 W Hubbard), and it has been pre-approved by the Production Office.

  • Yes.

  • No. Our liquor license requires that Morgan MFG purchases all liquor to be consumed on premises. Non-profit organizations may bring in donated alcohol, which needs to be accompanied by an invoice from the supplier, and be delivered directly to Morgan MFG. A corkage/mixer fee would apply in this scenario.

  • Yes, your final decisions on the bar package are due 2 weeks prior to your event date. The bar minimum would still apply from contracting.

  • No, we do not offer rehearsals on site.

  • We do offer a green room on each side of the space designated for touch-ups and storing personal belongings for the duration of your rental. But we do not have the full accommodations for hair and make up that a hotel or home would have.

  • Yes, an additional charge of $1000 per hour. This is billable in 30 minute increments. Additional charges for the bar package and staff will also apply.
